About shipping
Customers in Hong Kong are eligible for free shipping on single orders that include any three or more items.
Orders cannot be combined to meet the minimum quantity for free shipping.
If any items become unavailable or out of stock, customers will need to select other items to meet the minimum quantity for free shipping.
This offer is automatically applied at checkout when the minimum quantity is met.
Free shipping is available for standard shipping methods only and includes a single shipment.
If multiple shipments are required, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Local(Hong Kong) orders shipments are sent with SF-Express.
Taiwan and Macau orders sent with SF-Express unless otherwise requested.

Please note that delivery times are approximate and they do not include processing time. It typically takes 3-4 days to process and fulfill an order.

About refunding
All products cannot be changed unless they have product quality problems.
