About shipping
Local(Hong Kong) orders shipments are sent with SF-Express. Shipping fee would be paid by customer when picking up the orders from SF-Express pick-up spots.
Taiwan and Macau orders sent with SF-Express unless otherwise requested.

Please note that delivery times are approximate and they do not include processing time. It typically takes 3-4 days to process and fulfill an order.
Reservations need to take 7-20 days.
(excluding weekends, special releases, and holidays).

Goods will be dispatched on regular working days from Monday through Friday. Shipping prices are calculated by weight, size and quantity and will vary between destinations. Please contact us by Instagram Direct Message with any questions about costs.
About refunding
All products cannot be changed unless they have product quality problems.

Application for return or exchange shall be made whitin two workdays after acceptance(including the delivery date) to complete the transaction. In the case, we will not accept any application on product return or exchange, or be legally responsible for the products.

Option 2 : We will exchange the order amount into a gift certificate of the same value.
